Animated, rotating gifs, no structure… Like many websites in the late 90s. The website even includes a counter at the bottom. You don’t see counters anymore on websites.

The webmaster, (a dated term?) proudly boasts, “we have had visitors 8445 from outside our network. (since March 6, 1997 when the counter was reset) We have had more than 10,000 total visits since October 1996.”
